Submission Guidelines

Ready to pitch or submit? Follow these steps to make your submission shine:

1. Pitch First: Send us a short pitch (100–200 words) outlining your article idea, why it fits LivoHQ, and a bit about you. Include 1–2 links to your previous work (if available).
2. Format: Submit your pitch or full article as a Google Doc or Word file. Use 12pt font (Times New Roman or Arial), double-spaced, with your name and contact info at the top.
3. Originality: All submissions must be 100% original and not published elsewhere. We check for plagiarism, so keep it fresh!
4. Images: If you have royalty-free images or visuals to complement your article, include them (with credits). Don’t worry if you don’t—we’ve got you covered!
5. Send It Over: Email your pitch or article to contact@livohq.com with the subject line: “LivoHQ Submission: [Your Article Title].”

Here’s what happens after you hit send:
